Call for Applications: Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship 2024 for Nigerian Undergraduates (Covers Tuition Fees, Accommodation, and Living Stipends Worth N150,000.00)
The Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship, fully sponsored by Mr. Jim Ovia, CEO of Zenith Bank, provides comprehensive financial support for selected candidates, including full tuition fees and an annual maintenance stipend of N150,000 throughout their undergraduate programs.
Since its inception in October 2010, Mr. Ovia has invested over N100 million in the program, benefitting over 1,500 students to date.
About the Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship
The scholarship was established to nurture a generation of future leaders in Nigeria capable of competing globally, introducing innovative ideas, and improving the well-being of their communities.
Through its various initiatives, the Jim Ovia Foundation focuses on empowering Nigerian youth by enhancing their knowledge and skills in education and Information Communication Technology (ICT).
To date, the foundation has supported more than 1,500 students and entrepreneurs with educational and entrepreneurial grants exceeding one billion Naira through its programs, including the Jim Ovia Scholarship, the Jim Ovia ICT Entrepreneurs Program, and the Jim Ovia Foundation Leaders Scholarship (JOFLS) Fund.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the Jim Ovia Scholarship:
- Be a Nigerian citizen.
- Be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment in a recognized tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Demonstrate academic excellence and leadership qualities.
- Exhibit a passion for societal impact and development.
Scholarship awards are based on intellectual ability, leadership potential, and a commitment to improving society.
Scholarship Benefits
Successful candidates for the 2024 Jim Ovia Foundation Scholarship will receive:
- Full tuition coverage.
- Accommodation expenses.
- Living stipends worth N150,000 annually.
Recipients are expected to become future leaders addressing challenges in health, technology, and finance—key focus areas of the foundation.

- Ensure all required documents are uploaded to have your application reviewed.
- Track your application status by logging into your online MUSTE account.

- Submitting incorrect or forged documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future applications.
