Job Title: Food Safety Consultant

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • The Food Safety Consultant designs, initiates and implements Boecker® Food Safety systems efficiently to represent the company and attend to clients’ needs by providing high quality services to its clients at all times while guaranteeing Boecker® value of Excellence.
  • Design, initiate and implement safe food systems adopted by Boecker® such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and others.
  • Perform internal audits for ISO clients before the final external audit.
  • Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or other).
  • Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
  • Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports.
  • Discuss gap analysis report with client representatives, suggest appropriate recommendations and set deadlines timetable for improvement and corrections.
  • Act as ongoing information source for client’s representatives.
  • Educate client’s personnel on Food Safety recommendations and ensure the procedures are properly maintained.
  • Organize, provide and deliver advanced levels of Boecker® Food Safety training programs.
  • Manage training delivery, evaluation and follow up as needed.
  • Handle exams’ process and issue certificates accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Nutrition or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Training or relevant field.
  • FSSC 22000 V6 Lead Auditor
  • Experienced in conducting Food Safety Training/ Internal Auditing
  • Experience in Food Consulting firm

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Description

  • The Operations Coordinator supports all Operations Officers in the Unit for smooth running of the day-to-day operations and an exceptional client service to ensure proper execution of the pest management services as per Boecker® standards.

Responsibilities
Boecker® Operations Coordinator is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:

  • Implement the standards set in Boecker® Operations Manual.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments one day in advance in coordination with the operations officers/senior officers.
  • Receive technicians’ feedback after treatment, take notes, handle data filtration, prepare reports and circulate data in correct channels when needed.
  • Suggest improvements for reports and forms based on client’s feedback.
  • Update the sanitation and proofing recommendations’ list that is shared with clients upon delivering reports.
  • Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow-up action by the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions.
  • Answer clients’ inquiries regarding services, complaints and technical issues.
  • Assist in coordinating and following up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
  • Provide feedback for technicians regarding clients’ problems.
  • Assist in checking the Treatment Reports and report any negative finding.
  • Handle effective system data entry, electronic filing and archiving system.
  • Represent Boecker® in exhibitions, forums, and other events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science or equivalent.
  • At least 2-year experience in relevant field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Job Title: Technical Engineering Coordinator

Description

  • The Technical Engineering Coordinator is responsible for an efficient reporting system as well as the delivery of effective technical training sessions to Boecker® internal and external clients.
  • The TEC assists in providing technical support to technicians, operations staff and clients, provides daily reports to clients and inputs recommendations as deemed necessary for quick tracing and improving service standards.

Responsibilities
Boecker Technical Engineering Coordinator is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:

  • Implement the standards set in Boecker Operations Manual.
  • Review clients’ feedback and accordingly suggest improvements for reports and forms to Technical Engineering Senior Officer
  • Handle efficient filing and electronic archiving systems.
  • Update and follow up on the sanitation and proofing recommendations’ list delivered to clients.
  • Cooperate with all Operations Units to improve the quality output of the operations.
  • Prepare the call backs analysis on weekly basis.
  • Assist the Technical Engineering Senior Officer in the preparation of suitable training materials.
  • Identify cases where recurrent infestation and/or lack of cooperation by the client requires follow-up action by the Technical Engineering Senior Officer
  • Prepare Service Reports Report and other technical reports and send them to clients within predefined deadlines.
  • Prepare Audit files and documents of audited clients and keep them updated.
  • Coordinate, advise and follow up with clients on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
  • Represent Boecker in exhibitions, forums, and other events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 1/2 years of experience in pest management or related field.
  • Good written and communication skill
