Job Title: Human Resources Executive

About the Role
- This is a full-time Human Resource Executive in these 2 locations who will be responsible for executing human resource programs, policies, and practices to ensure they meet the company’s business objectives and employee needs.
- The Human Resource Executive will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
Job Description
- Taking part in the recruitment and selection processes of the new employees as well as the execution of employees’ performance review and appraisal process
- Assisting in shortlisting of candidates for every recruitment process
- Preparing offer letters and employment contracts upon completion of the recruitment and selection process
- Assisting the Head, People, and Admin with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Monitoring and ensuring that all employees are complying with the policies of the company
- Taking part in the exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
- Maintaining a pool of all CVs for all candidates and potential positions
