Job Summary
- The Communications Officer will manage the client’s project communications needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s or organization’s social media communications.
- Contribute to the design and production of communication materials, ensure dissemination of communication outputs.
- Promote visibility of the organisation’s work, create, and manage communications tools for external and internal communication including web and social media platforms.
- Coordinate media briefings and engagements.

Requirements

Job Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) Officer

Job Summary
- The QA/QC Officer will oversee the quality and safety of energy meter installations, an ancillary, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory bodies such as NEMSA and NERC as well as upholding the company’s policies.
- The ideal candidate will combine diagnostic expertise with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions, driving improvements across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect installations (Spot Checking) to ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory guidelines, client requirement and company policies.
- Collaborate with field technicians, installers, Project teams as well as relevant stakeholders to address and rectify quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations as defined by NEMSA and NERC.
