Job Title: Business Development Manager – Marketer
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
Business Development in Oil and Gas:
- Promote Multi-net Group’s comprehensive services, including EPCIC, flow station management, pipeline construction, oil spill remediation etc.
- Explore new opportunities in upstream, midstream, and downstream markets.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders to expand Multi-net’s presence in the oil and gas sector.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid tenders that are aligned with client requirements.
Business Development for General Contracts:
- Identify and actively pursue government and private sector contracts across various industries, including construction, Training and consultancy, renewable energy etc.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to meet client and project needs.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with government agencies and private clients.
- Prepare and submit Technical and Financial bid tenders for diverse projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, particularly in oil and gas or government contracting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Nigerian market trends and government contracting processes.

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects related to our onshore and offshore operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring structural integrity, safety, and efficiency in all civil engineering projects within the company.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and oversee construction and maintenance of onshore and offshore structures.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and reports.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Perform structural analysis and provide solutions for infrastructure challenges.
- Supervise contractors and construction teams to ensure quality execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil & gas industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work in challenging environments, including offshore sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Professional engineering license (added advantage).
