Job Title: IT Administrator

Job Description
- The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company’s IT systems and networks.
- This role requires a proactive and tech-savvy professional who can ensure the seamless operation of IT services while supporting multiple branches.
- The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in network management, and a customer-centric approach to internal IT support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and networks, across all branches.
- Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and applications for office systems.
- Ensure data security and integrity through the implementation of cybersecurity protocols and regular system updates.
- Provide technical support and training to staff across branches, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
- Monitor system performance and address potential risks or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain IT equipment and services.
- Implement and oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years experience as an IT Administrator or Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and IT support tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g. Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of sanitary ware products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock tracking, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and team morale.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse operations with business objectives.

Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
