Job Title: IT Administrator

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing the company’s IT systems and networks.
  • This role requires a proactive and tech-savvy professional who can ensure the seamless operation of IT services while supporting multiple branches.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in network management, and a customer-centric approach to internal IT support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and networks, across all branches.
  • Manage and troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and applications for office systems.
  • Ensure data security and integrity through the implementation of cybersecurity protocols and regular system updates.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff across branches, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor system performance and address potential risks or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain IT equipment and services.
  • Implement and oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans.
  • Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years experience as an IT Administrator or Systems Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and IT support tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g. Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of sanitary ware products.

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and team morale.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
