Job Title: Group IT Manager

Location: Nigeria 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Group IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing IT operations across the organization, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services, systems, and infrastructure to meet current and future business needs.
  • This role includes overseeing asset tracking, enforcing security measures, providing IT support, and maintaining compliance through regular audits, monitoring, and policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Group IT strategy in alignment with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Implement systems to monitor, track, and manage devices across the organization.
  • Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of systems and networks.
  • Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits to safeguard systems and data
  • Monitor compliance with IT policies and address any breaches promptly.
  • Establish and manage a responsive IT support and helpdesk function to address user issues effectively.
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc audits of IT systems, processes, and assets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards through inspections and reporting.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in IT management, including multi-site operations.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing IT strategies.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud solutions, cybersecurity frameworks, and asset management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, ERP systems, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies.

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Nigeria

Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Process orders via email or phone

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare demand forecast (operation forecast) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of demand planning functions.
  • Support annual business planning/monthly forecasting process by driving monthly volume and value forecasting.
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data and develop statistical forecast models as well as forecast result evaluation.
  • Coordinate cross functional research activities to reconcile significant variance and refine forecast models to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
  • Regular reporting to the stakeholders and executive management of the demand plans and KPIs.
  • Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
  • Utilize collaborative and consensus approach by working with sales, marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure updated information is used for demand planning.
  • Provide input into supply planning function in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and phase outs (volume planning for latest estimates / annual process).
  • Closely coordinate innovation project meetings and communicate action plans to supply the planning team.
  • Constantly engage stakeholders to ensure alignment in lead times, inventory days, liquidation plans, and inventory ageing.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in relevant discipline.
  • 3yrs+ experience in demand planning/forecasting/supply chain operation planning role.
  • Sound/advance knowledge of Microsoft excels to analyze the demand planning and forecasting.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
