Job Title: Data Privacy / IP Analyst / Compliance Officer

Job Description
- Educating the company and employees on important compliance requirements.
- Training staff in compliant data processing and storage.
- Conducting audits to ensure compliance and addressing any potential issues proactively.
- Acting as an organization’s data protection and privacy evangelist.
- Serving as the point of contact between the company and supervisory authorities.
- Maintaining records of all data processing activities conducted by the company, including all processing activities.
- Interfacing with data subjects to inform them on their rights, how their data is being used, and what processes the company has put in place to protect their data.
- Build Data Privacy Officer job descriptions using CyberSN’s Taxonomy, which is aligned and extended upon the NICE Framework. Our taxonomy clearly defines data privacy responsibilities, allowing you to build job descriptions that resonate with cybersecurity pros.

Job Description
- Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
- Scouting for prospective lessees.
- Directing guided tours of each rental.
- Crafting snag lists in consultation with lessees.
- Drafting and signing legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
- Scheduling property-related maintenance, as needed.
- Addressing and recording all rule violations.

- Create a financial plan: Develop a financial plan according to financial and client regulations, including an investor profile, financial advice, and negotiation and transaction plans.
- Negotiate with property owners: Negotiate with owners of properties who wish to rent or sell them in order to obtain the most beneficial agreement for the potential renter or buyer.
- Identify customer’s needs: Use appropriate questions and active listening in order to identify customer expectations, desires and requirements according to product and services.
- Advise on financial matters: Consult, advise, and propose solutions with regards to financial management such as acquiring new assets, incurring in investments, and tax efficiency methods.

Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a University Degree.
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in roles associated with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations or similar industries

- Work experience within an “in-house” or “corporate” recruitment function combined with experience in a contingency and/or retained search firm environment highly desired
- Must have the ability to function in a fast-paced, intense environment

- Conduct incoming Materials inspection activities to ensure products meet the required specification.
- Monitor production processes and ensure they are in compliance with the company quality and food safety specifications.
- Record and maintain quality control, food safety, product evaluation & sampling documents to verify compliance.

- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Food science and Technology or related Field.
- 2 years or more of proven work experience as a QC supervisor in the Food industry.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft, excel, power point etc)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Attention to details.
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Quality Control.
- HACCP understanding and practical experience.
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 is an added advantage.
