About the Program
The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program offers young graduates an opportunity to experience professional life through hands-on training and international exposure shortly after completing their university studies.

 

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following academic requirements:

  • Matric Certificate plus
  • B/BTech degree in Engineering fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical and be geographically mobile
  • B/BTech degree in Finance-related fields or an Accounting Technician NQ5 qualification

 

Skills

  • 0-5 years of work experience
  • A strong academic background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical thinking

HSEQ Responsibilities

Trainees are expected to manage and minimize HSE risks by:

  • Complying with all HSE policies, guidelines, and legal requirements
  • Promoting a safe working environment and contributing to the company’s HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
  • Ensuring HSE competency requirements are identified and enforced within their areas of responsibility
