Job Summary
HSE:

- Contributes to ensuring that TEPDK and NorSpie’s HSE regulations are considered during preparations as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practices.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Mechanical Static or Rotating Preparations subjects (systems, packages, or plant) under the frame of responsibilities.
- Ensuring conformance to Client’s Company rules, best standards, and general legislations.
- Ensures delivery of Work Preparations and support to maintenance activities of the Site team.
Main Functions
- Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical KPIs’, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability.
- Take charge of Work Orders under His/her responsibility and ensure the accuracy of detailed technical elements during preparations.
- Ensures Work Orders are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in CMIMS for execution at site and work location.
- Review procedures/work instructions and ensure adaptability, review functional locations and related WO lists to ensure that all outstanding works in the concerned package/system are fully considered during the preparations.
- Ensure that Permit to Work are properly prepared in line with the defined procedures and ready ahead of execution datelines. Typical 5 Weeks to the execution start date.
- Ensures compliance to the best preparations standard practices and in line with TEPDK defined principles and guidelines by ensuring minimal unapproved WOs under the scope of responsibility, platforms or packages, especially those critical to Safety and production. (Defined WOs Priorities, SECE, Vital Equipment etc)
- As a principle and in adherence to the set GMC KPI, the work preparer shall try to maintain at all times, a threshold
of ≤ 5% INIT of the total open work order count, under the frame of responsibilities. - On a daily basis, the PM04 preparations guideline shall help to define the priorities of the daily tasks. All activities
requested by the Clients to be managed as a higher priority within the frame of contract shall be checked with the GMC Mechanical Preparations – focal point for clarifications where required. - All PM WOs under the scope of responsibility shall be released minimum of 6 Weeks to the Earliest Start Date.
- Provide urgent, short term and long-term site supports as applicable, within the boundaries of preparations, responsibilities and within the frame of GMC contract.
- Initiate identification of new SAP UNISOL material. Update material creation template as required with the frame of the GMC Contract.
- Request for master data change by raising NM notification as required.
Requirements
- Profile must be able to make full MECH Work preparations of course “including Cranes”
- Must already have strong knowledge of Total Energies’ full work preparations requirements
- Equivalent of DUT/BTS (French), Bachelors in relevant specialties Mechanical/Marine Engineering
- Experience in Mechanical static and rotating drives
- Professional experience: 5 years in Oil & Gas business especially in work preparations or related fields.
- Experience in maintenance operations support.
- Good knowledge of planning and CMIMS tools (preferably SAP based),
- Evision permit Systems and other Preparations, Tools/Resources.
Skills required:
- Computer Literacy, Preparations tools proficiency, Ability to work in a multicultural organization, good presentation and communication skills.
Minimum level of experience required:
- 6 years or more

- English Bright 3.5 (or equivalent)

Job Description
- The Campaigns Preparation Supervisor is responsible for the advanced planning, coordination and preparation of heavy maintenance, construction, and integrity restoration campaigns.
- The position is responsible for delivery of low complexity (single discipline) construction and fabrication scopes, vendor-managed package restorations, integrity inspection program planning, and other campaign works.
- The position enables the effectiveness of SPIE GMC Field Execution Team (FET) resources through planning and coordination of low complexity job scopes. This role ensures that low complexity projects and campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with client management systems, including Work Management System, Safe Work Practice requirements, Global Practices and specifications, and Management of Change.
- The Supervisor oversees a team of several execution leads and engineers who are responsible for developing detailed project plans and schedules.
- The team is responsible for brownfield verification of campaign requirements; conceptual construction plans and constructability assessments; development of MTOs, work packages, and resource-loaded execution schedules; oversight of onshore fabrication and pre-mobilization work, including QAQC at vendor sites; management of third party vendors; and ensuring adherence to client specifications and relevant codes and standards.
Profile
- Relevant certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP).
- 10+ years’ experience in construction or campaign planning and execution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- In depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Job Title: Senior Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities
- Organises and performs on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility, With his teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
- Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during performance of maintenance operations placed under his responsibility,
- Ensures that all maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment are carried out in a safe and efficient manner and in strict compliance with company operating procedures and any relevant statutory legislation in order to maintain all such equipment in sound and safe operating condition.
- Manages intervention reporting using the CMIMS,
- Enters intervention reports in the CMIMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the technical reports related to his field,
- Monitors the functioning of systems placed under his responsibility,
- Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams, and actively participates in this himself,
- Manages the team of technicians directly under his responsibility,
- Carries out, at the CSR request, any intervention within his field of competence.

Requirements
- Higher National Certificate (HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent, 3 to 5 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations,
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used.
- He must have proven ability as a leader of small teams.
- Perfectly competent and independent in his field, he must show common sense and organisational ability. Natural authority, founded on his abilities and on the trust he has in his teams, is essential.
Theoretical Knowledge:
- Petroleum: Have a basic understanding of facilities / process (from well to export). Be knowledgeable of hydrocarbons behaviour and associated risks (explosion, asphyxia…).
- Physics: Understanding and use of basic laws and units of physic (Newton’s law, forces, mass, energy…). Be knowledgeable of materials / steels characteristics (use, resistance, corrosion and its prevention).
- Engineering: Be able to read and use drawings (P&ID’s, PFD’s, Isometrics), vendor documents (be able to determine tolerance and adjustment figures), name plate and data sheet. Be able to draw accurate sketches and item to scale.
- Equipment :Understand the working principles of main mechanical equipment: filters, gear boxes, exchangers, air coolers, diesel engine, gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating pumps or compressors, common valve types (butterfly, gate, ball, cage and PSV) and hydraulic systems (cranes, HPU, pumps). Be fully familiar with lubrication requirements and the different type of lubricants.
- Be sensitized for each of those to their preventive maintenance tasks and purposes.
- Be aware of CBM (vibration and oil analysis) requirement and purpose.

Main Functions
- Contribute to ensure adherence to stipulated GMC scope of services and improved performance of all Technical KPIs’, Preparations, Backlog Control Planning and Equipment availability/reliability.
- Respect all processes and procedure (GMC and TEPDK) in place.
- Ensuring planned jobs are accurately resourced, all materials, tools, and services are identified and pre-planned in CMIMS/SAP for execution at site and work location.
- Ensuring allocation of resources for the execution of planned jobs
- Coordinates meetings with offshore stakeholders for review of draft plan, follow up on site feedback and make necessary adjustment before plan is frozen for offshore execution.
- Follow up with offshore to ensure clean-up on SAP, of all planned and completed jobs.
- Ensure 2 weeks is following the scheduling principal, taking into account Vital equipment list, Smart room request, team lead and offshore request.
- Interacts with other functional planners (maintenance, FMC, Well Services, Projects, etc.) and IOP planner to optimize interrelated activities.
- Executes regular reviews of backlog of planned work to reduce as much as possible (especially the SECE).
- Facilitate follow-up of non-executed jobs to ensure additional preparation of the WOs is done.
- Coordinate shutdown and campaign: creation and follow-up of readiness tracker (list of WOs, opportunities jobs, materials follow-up, and reporting), ensure to give status during regular meeting with all different stakeholders.
- Creation of the execution plan (MS Project) and create progress report.
- Communication with onshore material coordinators (GMC & TEPDK) regarding shipping of materials and create break-ins as required.
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer (A-levels + 5 years’ study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’
study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent. - 5 to 10 years’ experience in the maintenance field on oil and gas production installations.
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
- Fully conversant with SAP/R3
- MS office and Excel good proficiency
- Ability to advise and motivate multi-national teams.
