Job Title: Senior Solar Sales Lead
Location: Wuye, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales volume and revenue targets as defined by regional sales goals.
- Build strategies to maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our innovative solar solutions.
- Conduct thorough home and site assessments to determine the suitability and optimal placement of solar systems.
- Develop and present detailed, customized solar proposals and solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, prospecting, and sales options.
- Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in solar sales.
- Candidate must reside in Abuja.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in sales of solar products, including inverters, UPS, and solar panels.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, energy markets, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan
- Generate & close leads
- Sales of the company’s retail products & services.
- Prompt reporting of activities to supervisor.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication, align sales strategies with business objectives, and provide comprehensive support for customer needs and service delivery.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure strategic marketing awareness and Marketing initiative across the region.
- Developing Initiatives to push sales and product awareness of the company’s products and services.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, competitor’s activities and look for new business opportunities.
- Meeting stakeholders in the oil and gas sector
- Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in any field
- Must have a good understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages.
- Minimum of 2 years’ retail sales experience in the fueling systems/engineering industry or similar.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to travel around western Nigeria 40%
- Must have very good knowledge of Lagos terrain to navigate and optimize sales opportunities.
- Candidate must reside in Lagos
- Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities
- Ensuring job meets company standards in line with established SOPs
- Preparing of usable site survey reports and responding to call-outs as assigned by the team lead and Engineering Manager
- Manage workload to achieve positive results and ensure completion within timeframe
- Fill out and submit job-related safety documents
- Carrying out preliminary surveys, creating, installing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the various devices within the Automation department.
- Relaying of all updates and site issues efficiently on the group and other communication channels (to relevant individuals)
- Ensuring self-improvement in the assigned tasks and devices in the portfolio
- Track keeping of the status of projects & troubleshooting assigned.
- Compliance with all official policies and processes
- Following up all jobs assigned with the appropriate documents handed over to relevant personnel
- Following up on troubleshooting (remotely and physically) and site issues from start to finish with documentation
- Involvements in cross-department jobs and cross-departmental activities
- Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents).
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.Eng / HND in Electrical Engineering.
- Field Exposure or work experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Experienced in Electrical Panels.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Candidate must reside in PH.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Technical matters
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD & Practical Electrical Circuit Analysis will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of related Health and Safety Standards.
