Job Title: Project Engineer – Telecoms

Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and manage ATC projects, budgeting and scheduling, management of contractors, subcontractors; maintaining close contact with the various stakeholders and deliverables.
- Supervise and review cost estimating; scheduling and quality control; risk management activities; and manage budgets, schedules, invoicing and other customer requirements.
- Maintain relationship with ATC and other customers to achieve and increase project revenue and gross margins targets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of ATC projects.
- Prepare costing, quotations and proposals in line with company procedures.
- Responsible for subsequent follow up on any quote or proposal issued.
- Select and coordinate sub-contractors handling projects for the department.
- Manage, develop and delegate tasks to the project team
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Ensure projects follow ATC process and maintain accurate project data to monitor and track progress
- Ensure that projects and initiatives are executed within the time frame that is allocated to them, and that they fall within the customer and company’s budget and timelines.
- Ensure all invoice process documents (signed JCC, ATP, Office Track, AMF, SRN, confirmation email, Customer PO, JCC approval form) are received and submitted to ATC without delays.
- Follow-up with ATC for documentation approvals
- Update and maintain accurate project data in project software
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for Management
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng / HND or M.Eng qualification with 5 – 8 years of work experience.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Preparation of costings & quotations for all service revenue related functions.
- Preparation of costings & quotation for all Service Out of Warranty (SOW).
- Timely follow up on quotation submitted to receipt of Customer POs.
- Responsible for submission of new SLA quotations, proposals, and renewals.
- Follow up with customers for submitted SLA proposals.
- Liaise with Logistics department for delivery updates of Equipment & Parts.
- Liaise with main Sales department, as and when required, for non-standard service scope of work activities.
- Liaise with Finance for invoice updates & payment status.
- Monitor and follow-up on SLA/Service/SOW payment collections
- Preparing AR review reports on weekly basis
- Follow up with Senior Coordinator on Job Completion Certificates (JCCs) completed on jobs done on approved Quotations.
- Responsible for ensuring any related JCC received for a Service Sales Order booked, to ensure timely submission of invoice to customer.
- Liaise with Regional Coordinators for Quotation requests, site audit information and engineer evaluation reports.
- Liaise with SNR coordinator on delivery of Equipment & Parts as per Quotations and Approvals
- Responsible for accurate and timely response to Quotation requests (KPI is <24hrs for a Quotation to be submitted)
- Creation of Sales Orders (SO) in ERP
- Responsible for accurate and timely updates to Service Leaders on quotations status.
- Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly Service revenue reports.
- Maintain and sustain sales related ERP data entry, report generation and dis-semination.

Job Description
- Responsible for the audit, design, installation and complete execution of a solar power solutions.
- Act as a nerve centre and co-ordinates with various teams – both internal and external for seamless project execution.
- Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.
- Assess accurately the energy consumption profile and energy cost profile of customers. Capable of optimally sizing solar power solutions.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development and construction – projects could be located locally and regionally.
- Design solar systems based on customer requirements; mini grid and roof top solar etc. Discuss with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
- Responsible for transforming the good solar, electrical and civil design on paper – into the actual field.
- Co-ordinate with various teams within the company internally and externally for seamless project execution.
- Drawing/Document submission/approvals, scheduling, inspections, prepare generalized check list for review of all standard.
- End to end execution ofsolarprojects(Rooftop & Ground Mounted) and AMC/Service Support.
- Use portable energy audit instruments such as power analysers, data loggers
- Check site feasibility and provide the best suitable option for enhancing suitability.
- Evaluate arrangements and space assessments for thesolarpanels other various supported Electrical equipment & selection of cables for plant including layouts & schematic diagrams and calculation of technical sizing, BOQ/BOM.
- To provide with up-to-date weekly/fortnightly status report and dashboard
- Provide technical direction or support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
- Troubleshooting issues relating to installations.
