Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- The Quality Control Manager will supervise production staff in the automobile factory and oversee all processes in the manufacturing of all armoured vehicles and OEMs to ensure theymeet quality and efficiency standards.
- He will also work with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.
- The Quality Control Manager willensure the auto manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
- The Quality Control Manager understands the customer’s needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Gaining an understanding of the client’s needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality vehicles.
- Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
- Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.
- Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
- Any other function as may be assigned by the Head of Operationsand/or GMD
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Revelant Quality Control/Assurance Professional Certifications is an added advantage
- A thorough understanding and experience in automobiles and production
- Minimum of five (5) years’ cognate experience in Quality Assurance in an auto manufacturing organization.
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Proven ability to drive change and engage others.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Sound communication skill.
- N.B: Applicants must have background in Auto Workshop Management, and must have a solid knowledge of the production processes of automobiles.

Job Title: Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, test and implement software which forms part of a properly engineered system.
- Overcome development obstacles to deliver quality code on time.
- Helped to specify user/system interfaces.
- Produce detailed designs and documents using required standards, methods and tools.
- Understand and translating business design into a logical design, for a simple software application.
- Produce physical designs that describe the required structure and behavior of a simple software application characterized by low-risk non-functional requirements.

Qualifications
- Possession of a Minimum of B.Sc. in Computer Science with 5-7 years experience.
- Passionate about Software Engineering and have a level of experience programming.
- Aptitude in one or more of the following: Java – Java JEE, JSP, JSF, EJB, Spring, JDBC Microsoft – C#, C++, .NET, SharePoint, ODBC Web – HTML, XML, SOAP O/S – Linux, Windows Mobile – iOS, UNCLASSIFIED Android.
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to move to the Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria.
- Able to complete security and medical evaluations.

Job Title: IT Officer

Job Summary
- The IT Officer will assist to maintain the computer networks of the organisation, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. He will assist to monitor and maintain the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
- Maintaining records of software licenses
- Performance of other dutues as assigned by the IT Manager.
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Certified IT Professionals (CISCO, MSCE, CompTIA-A+, ITIL) is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written
- Able to work independently as well as team player in a manufacturing and fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years postgraduate cognate experience.

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Salary

Job Title: Security Coordinator

Job Description
- We currently seek an experienced individual with a history of successful performance to function as Security Coordinator in the Security Department in our plant in Ogun State.
Key Responsibilities
It will include, but are not limited to the following:
- To complement the role of the Chief Security Officer by monitoring and supervising the night operations of the contract security guards.
- To ensure that company security standard operating procedures are strictly applied by the guards.
- To parade, inspect, brief and post the operatives to their various duty points/beats.
- Prepare weekly and monthly posting schedule for guards.
- Interface and liaise with the armed government security agents/soldiers for protection duties in the facility.
- To enforce company lawful rules and regulations.
- Act as intelligent agent to collect vital security information that will aid company management decisions.
- To act and respond to security emergencies with dispatch.
- Maintain and keep track of company security architectures and working tools.
- Keep record and report of nightsecurity activities within and around the facility.
- Report all night security activities to the Chief Security Officer/HOO/GMD
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum of HND / BSc from a reputable institution of learning.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in security related industry, military or para-military background.
- Training & Certification in Industrial Security is added advantage.
- High level of integrity & commitment.

- Sound surveillance and detective skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
