Job Title: Laboratory Technician I

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, processing and analyzing samples. Depending on the work setting, the samples may consist of blood and tissue (health care); air, water, soil, and rock (environment, public health and mining); chemical products (chemical and pharmaceutical industry), etc.
  • Conducting tests on new products or experimental processes.
  • Designing and conducting lab tests according to standard procedures.
  • Using, cleaning and maintaining various types of equipment.
  • Handling and storing chemicals and other materials.
  • Handling of compressed gas cylinders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s in Laboratory Science or a related field with a minimum of 5 years working experience in FPSO.

Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Carry out the following fixed equipment Maintenance activities:
  • Piping and fixed equipment installation and maintenance,
  • Hydro blasting, steam tracing, stud bolt tensioning/torqueing.
  • Smith lock installation and repair, leak sealing, refractory repair/installation, steam tracing repair and installation, CPVC piping fitting, steam trap repairs. Carry out operation of forklift, tractor, and vacuum truck. Identify different piping material class specifications, flange management and QA/QC requirements.
  • Manage Work Orders in Company CMMS systems and provide reports on lower proficiency
  • Maintaining and repairing equipment
  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues
  • Data analysis to assess the performance of machinery
  • Communicating with and supporting engineers
  • Documenting machine safety and maintenance

  • SSCE/Certification/OND with a minimum of 5 years working experience in FPSO

Job Title: O & M Support Budget Planner

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed budgets for operations and maintenance (O&M) activities on offshore platforms.
  • Create and define O&M goals and objectives. Analyze each phase of O&M to determine budgets.
  • Track costs and ensure implementation stays within predicted estimates.
  • Estimate the project timeline and ensure teams adhere to delivery dates.
  • Manage human and capital resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure the O&M has adequate staff to complete each stage on schedule.
  • Identify and evaluate risks that may derail project delivery and provide solutions to prevent them.
  • Provide reports on deviations from the original project plan that could lead to serious delays and budget overruns.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment Recommendation, i.e. equipment powering cooling system, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication etc.
  • Carry out equipment management controls (Metasys) to be able to start, stop, seek status or change conditions on HVAC systems.
  • Make rounds of all equipment rooms identify and repairing any potential problems and keep the systems and rooms clean.
  • Complete and close out Work Orders and enter time worked and materials used. Respond to fire alarms systems and be familiar with fire panels

Job Title: Senior Process Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of conceptual designs, requirements, vendor integration, bid packages and quotations for material handling and chemical process equipment.
  • Develop required documents per customer standards (electrical panels, P&IDs, loop sheets, and system architecture).
  • Identify and analyze design changes and modify documents accordingly.
  • Perform critical analysis of production processes and procedures for potential cost, quality, safety, reliability, and process efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop action plans to address.
  • Develop SOPs that are accurate, properly maintained and implemented. Manage technical vendor/supplier relationships and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect boilers, pressure vessels and related equipment
  • Review inspection reports, accident and daily summary reports submitted by lower level inspectors for conformance with office protocol. Inform the Chief Inspector on day-to-day operations.

Job Title: RBI Inspector

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Inspect pressure vessels to determine conformance with safety laws and regulations.
  • Inspect materials and evaluate design, fabrication, installation, and operation.
  • Perform tests to verify condition of equipment.
  • Test meters and gauges.
  • Determine extend of corrosion cracking. Evaluate safety devices, regulators, construction quality, and riveting, welding. •Examine safety valves.
  • Preside over installation tests.
  • Record and prepare reports of inspections and investigations.
  • Examine and verify permits and inspection records.
  • Determine inspection schedule.
  • Recommend actions to correct safety hazards.
  • Inspect and evaluate gas mains to determine that rate of flow, pressure, location, construction, or installation conform to standards.

Requirements

  • M.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Process Engineering, or Materials/ Metallurgy/Corrosion Engineering,
  • Familiar with set of documentation developed on EPC Projects (PDS, MDS, GAD, P&IDs, Line Lists, Piping isometrics, etc.),
  • Good skills and sound judgment in engineering field materials/corrosion, Familiar with material selection activities (MSD and MSR preparation),
  • Good knowledge of applicable code & standards related to RBI Methodology (API 580/581), integrity & inspection, materials, fabrication and inspection of static equipment and piping, RBI software (Meridium).
  • Work proficiently in English,

Job Title: Lead Inspector and Asset Integrity Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the review, assessment and update of integrity management and inspection data for pressure systems, pipelines and structures and the development of project strategy documentation, risk assessments and Written Schemes of Examination.
  • Provide effective technical advice to the inspection team, ensuring threats are evaluated, procedures are followed, and work is completed in accordance with the company’s technical procedures.
  • Liaise and manage subcontractor’s day-to- day activities.
  • Ensure that any actions arising from inspection activates are fully reported and communicated with the Integrity Team Leader and Client.
  • Perform effective review of inspection data, results trending and remnant life assessments, perform fitness-for-service assessments and provide
  • recommendations for repair and replacement methodologies.
  • Carry out root cause analysis and failure investigation on systems and equipment whenever required.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to the Integrity Team Leader and Client as required, informing the Client of anomalies and recommend actions to be taken.
  • Ensure project activities are performed in accordance with accreditation schemes, legislation and industry standards and that project activities are performed in accordance with the health, safety and environmental policy.
  • Audit the inspection team on compliance to international standards and procedures.
  • Act as focal point for corrosion management expertise and ensure that relevant reports and data are reviewed and communicated accordingly.
  • Coordinate and participate in periodic plant and equipment history reviews in order to maximize plant availability.
  • Assist the Integrity Team Leader in budget preparation, annual revenue forecasts and monthly updates.
  • Coordinate and action results from associated failure investigations/ significant anomalies.
  • Ensure the effective application of new techniques, technologies and use of specialist NDT contractor to limit intrusive inspection so to maximize inspection intervals.
  • Ensure onsite work activities are performed in accordance with the health, safety and environmental policy, company SHE&Q manual and asset specific control of work procedures and practices.
  • Provide cover for the Integrity Team Leader during leaves of absence.

Requirements

  • A relevant engineering degree preferably in Corrosion Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy.
  • Minimum of 7 years of specific experience in Integrity Management, Risk Based Inspection and In-Service Inspection (excluding purely NDT).
  • Experience and knowledge of integrity management software systems such as Credo, RBMI, ACET, etc is preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of NDT techniques and in- service application of NDT.
  • Through understanding of defect assessment techniques in accordance with relevant codes/ standards and API 579.
