Job Title: In-House Counsel
Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos

Job Summary
- Manage export projects, market research, sales, and communication related to export operations.
Responsibilities
- Research on food import regulations in various Countries.
- Address legal challenges and make informed decisions.
- Conduct detailed research, particularly in relation to export markets and food import regulations in various countries.
Qualifications
- LL.B degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate or commercial legal roles, ideally in export operations.
Requirements:
- Have Strong communication and sales skills
- Understanding of international trade regulations
- British, American, or Canadian accent preferred for communication
- Knowledge of export regulations and customs procedures.
Remuneration
N250,000 – N300,000 / month.

Job Summary
- The NYSC Finance Intern will provide support to the finance department in managing day-to-day financial activities.
- This role offers hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting, contributing to the company’s financial operations.
- The intern will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
- Support the finance team in handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Conduct data entry for financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and financial reports.
- Support the preparation of tax returns, audits, and other compliance activities.
- Participate in the review of financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Assist with financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the finance team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Corp members only(preferably Batch B/C 2024).
Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 per month.
