Job Title: Discipline Engineering Lead

Role Purpose
- The role will be responsible for the organization and activities relating to all construction engineering, subcontracts, and engineering liaison of projects on the asset.
- The role holder will Interpret design drawings and specifications, supervising field verification of materials to be used in each project, and providing technical direction to contractors in construction engineering and design functions relating to electrical and instrumentation engineering.
Accountabilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of engineering solutions for the projects on the asset, within the assigned discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Process, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with team members on constructability and design issues and monitor the interfacing between the construction automation plan and the project controls program at jobsites.
- Responsible for quantity take-off, control, reporting and forecasting, and ensures the implementation of project environmental control plan(s) as required.
- Support as required the design of temporary construction facilities, preparation of cost estimates for construction activities and coordinates the preparation of cost reports, forecast and progress reports.
- Review and provide input to project controls documents on progress relating to cost and schedule, and material receiving reports and warehousing to assure delivery of correct materials.
- Develop project construction procedures.
- Plan and recommend procedures to be implemented by construction contractors to ensure construction operations are within requirements of engineering design and specifications.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of construction engineering records for job history.
- Implement controls over variables affecting job progress to ensure engineering and procurement provide timely delivery of drawings, materials, and equipment.
- Provides input to the project staffing plan for construction engineers and associated personnel.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to management and stakeholders.
- Champion HSE best practices within engineering operations.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure safe working conditions during projects.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field). A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., COREN, NSE, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of international standards such as API, ASME, IEC, and ISO applicable to oil and gas engineering.
- Proven experience managing large-scale upstream oil and gas projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools related to the discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, HYSYS, SAP, Primavera).
- In-depth understanding of upstream oil and gas operations, including exploration, production, and facility design.

Job Title: Production WRFM Lead

Role Purpose
- The Production WRFM (Wells Reservoir and Facility Management) Lead will be responsible for optimizing production performance and maximizing the value of hydrocarbon production within the asset ensuring maximum recovery and efficient operation.
- This role involves overseeing the integrated management of wells, reservoirs, and production facilities to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable operations that enhance production rates, reduce downtime, and extend the lifecycle of the assets.
Accountabilities
- Lead the development and implementation of production optimization strategies
- Oversee the processes involved in reservoir management, including reservoir modelling and simulation
- Manage interfaces with Field Operations, Petroleum Engineering, Engineering & Project, Hydrocarbon Accounting, Production Chemistry, Well Engineering, etc.
