Job Title: Data Analyst 1

Job Purpose
- The role holder contributes to the organization’s financial stability and risk management strategies by conducting credit analysis and generating detailed reports on the credit portfolio across all locations.
- By providing essential insights to management and stakeholders, the role holder supports informed decision making and effective collection efforts
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development of a data driven culture within the Customer Finance and commercial teams in conjunction with the Data manager.
- Provide analysis on FMP and responsible for Reducing the percentage of customers missing their first payment on monthly basis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders.
- Track and report CFRs and Zonal CFR Team Leads performance and provide insight on current performance and provide solutions to improve performance e.g. Village Camping activities, Customer promotions
Deliverables and Activities
Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in the creation of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through automation to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and quality checks.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis for team members and management.
Data Support and Documentation:
- Provide Data support for Sales and Commercial Team to drive credit
- Provide credit analysis on credit KPIs to regional business managers, commercial team and customer finance team
- Support Customer finance and Operation Manager in planning, target setting and documentation, in alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with the Customer experience team to ensure credit activities and strategies are implemented
- Resolution of complaints and issues from the CFRs on the field
Training:
- Onboard new members of staff by providing them with the requisite preparation and teaching upon their appointments.
- Conduct regular training for Customer Finance Representatives, Customer Experience Team, on usage of Apps.
- Develop Credit training materials for all stakeholders.
Stakeholders Management:
- Engage the Commercial Team Management on the reports and credit performance of Team Leads and agents on the field.
- Work closely with the Marketing department on credit marketing activities.
- Engage the Head of Customer Finance and stakeholders within the Customer Finance Team on the performance and working ability of the CFRs and ways to improve on them.
- Manage different stakeholders’ expectations on usage of newly developed Apps.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Must have 1 year experience in Data Analysis
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Basic Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)

Job Title: Accountant – Inventory

Job Summary
- The Accountant will play a key role on the finance and accounting team.
- The role is expected to actively participate in the month-end close, preparing or reviewing all monthly reconciliations, and managing other accounting team members.
- The Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and work closely with all other EEA Nigeria departments.
Responsibilities, Deliverables and Activities
- Ensure timely payment of all payment requests.
- Preparing compliance schedules and ensure timely remittance
- Organize, file, and follow up on and maintain payment support, especially that from the field team.
- Manage the entities Bank accounts to ensure all transactions are correctly accounted for and all bank accounts are fully reconciled.
- Manage the cost line of the entity to ensure all expenses are fully accounted for and relevant accruals and releases are done:
- Coordinate with Accounts assistants to ensure meeting of month end close deadlines and accurate / complete posting of all mobile money including the below:
- Posting / reconciling of all mobile money payments
- Managing accounts payable and ensure ending supplier balances are accurate.
- Preparing and maintaining prepaid expense & fixed asset registers and track all Company assets.
- Preparing month-end reconciliations for mobile money sending, accounts payable, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets (which will be reviewed by Accounting Associate or Sr Accountant).
- Manage and ensure all month end reconciliations under the Accounts payable section and accurately done and ensure outstanding items are cleared on a timely basis.
- Liaise with external auditors during the audit process.
Required Skills and Competences
- Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
- Computer, Excel skills, and accounting systems (preferably SAP)
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills,
- Enjoys working with a team to achieve joint goals,
