Job Title: Customer Relations Officer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Sending emails for In/outbound calls (customers’ complaint) to concerns party and ensure all complains are resolve appropriately
- Follow up with customers on complains resolution
- Document and record all in/outbound calls
- Prepare KYC reports for sales representative and follow with KYS progress report
- Update new account online via the customer card platform
- Attending to salesmen enquiries on KYCs & providing them necessary document on customer data based on request
- Follow up with sales rep via phone /email on missing customer contact and update on the work excel sheet
- Regular extraction of customer data online to update KYC template in case of any changes done by either forecast team or sales coordinators
- Providing necessary customer’s document for litigation
Requirements
- First Degree (HND/B.Sc.) in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to details
- The candidate must have at least 1– 2years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to understand customer’s needs & resolve issues related to customer’s complaint
- Fluent in speaking of English & Yoruba.

Job Title: Data Collection Clerk

Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Collection Clerk to manage and execute data collection activities.
- This role involves gathering, organizing, and validating data from various sources to support research and analysis efforts.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to data handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Gathering:
- Collect data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, and databases.
- Ensure data is collected accurately and in accordance with predefined protocols and methodologies.
- Basic Analysis:
- Assist in generating simple reports and summaries based on data.
- Support the analysis of data trends and patterns under the guidance of senior analysts
- Data Entry and Daily Routine:
- Input collected data into Excel sheets or spreadsheets, maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Organize and store data files in an orderly manner for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Review data for completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
- Perform daily checks and validations to identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors.
- Reporting:
- Assist in preparing preliminary reports or summaries based on the collected data on daily basis.
- Provide support in analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.
- Follow ups:
- Work with sales teams to explain their data rations on daily basis.
- Communicate any data collection issues or improvements to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: University diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree or coursework in Data Management, Research, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years of experience in data collection, research, or a similar role. Internships or relevant academic projects are beneficial.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other data entry tools.
- Basic understanding of data collection methods and practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with data management software or databases is a plus.

A Tax Accountant’s duties are all tax-related and include the following:
