Requirements
Our new team member needs to:
- Have University Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related subject would be a plus
- Have 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR administration or technical support
- Have experience with Excel
- Have excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Have strong interest in the area of Human Resources
- Have solid customer service and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be team player, proactive & result driven.
You can be successful in this role if:
- You provide support in the area of Human Resources Administration – employee life cycle processes (e.g., hiring, position change, resignation)
- You promote, develop, and maintain effective communication and excellent relationship with the employees, ensuring their requirements are identified and met in a timely and appropriate manner
- You participate in initiatives related to creation of training materials, work instructions, system testing
- You serve as a key point of contact for HR related questions
- You provide support and guidance to the Line Managers, HR Business partners and employees within the organization.

About the Job
- This position ensures that the Supply Chain strategy related to Manufacturing/Logistics Excellence is embedded in the plant.
- The main objective is to apply lean principles and tools; establish a Solid performance management system, support to build shopfloor capability, act as a change agent and drive business results by establishing a continuous improvement culture.
Key Responsibilties
- Deploy training for all plant management and operatives with focus on Performance Management, SMED, Kaizen Tea maintenance, ODP & LL solutions
- Audit Performance Management Routines.
- Introduce & Drive Visual Management System.
- Leverage Manufacturing/SCS Excellence structure to influence change.
- Understand the causes of losses and implement strategies to minimize it.
- Ensure effective BPMS is in place.
- Ensure self and plant are in full compliance with regulations and standards.
- Gain solid understanding of plant issues through personal involvement in operational activities.
- Manage the conflict between demand-driven management and process orientation.
- Ensure IM System is working with the participation rate increasing over time.
- Identification and development of local talent.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in any related discipline.
- Has a good business knowledge related to bottling operations.
- Knowledge and right application of lean tools.
- Able to use SAP reporting system.
- Has sufficient IT skills.

Job Title: Senior Rewards Executive

- As Senior Rewards Executive, you’ll support the development and implementation of our reward strategy, handle market benchmark submissions and analysis, and manage job grading.
- You’ll ensure accurate calculations and payments for yearly bonuses and the merit increase process.
- In this role, you’ll also produce essential reports and calculations for all People & Culture (P&C) KBIs and financial provisions, as well as support Business Plan FTE and cost calculations.
- Additionally, you’ll work closely with the Finance Team during monthly closings to ensure alignment on costs and financial planning.
Your New Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of various P&C controlling activities, including analyses, interpretation and definition of measures
- Support in the implementation of the annual bonus and merit increase process
- Implementation of annual Reward Benchmark Surveys (Mercer), analysis and interpretation of the data as a basis for determining internal salary structures and salary bands
- Administration of the Long-Term Incentive Plan
- Preparation of various provisions and local compensation guidelines
- Preparation of various Compensation & Benefits analyses
- Performing Job Gradings
- Budget- and rolling estimate calculations (people cost, FTE, etc.)
- Calculation, analyses and coordination of HR related intercompany recharges
- Conduct variance analyses of people cost and provide insights towards Finance
- Coordinate reporting deadlines and proper communication to respective parties
- Create and manage monthly P&C and business scorecards containing key indicators like FTEs, people cost, turnover rate including quality checks and controls.
Do You Have The Following?
- Higher technical college HF/FH
- Several years of work experience required (min. 4 years)
- Reward strategy and total remuneration knowledge
- Benchmark tool and process knowledge
- Financial understanding of bonus calculations and provisions
- Excellent Excel skills and analytical thinking
- Fluent in German and English.
