Job Title: Head, Project & Customer Experience

Job Summary
- This position is responsible for the delivery of all projects and excellent service delivery to all the company support customers within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- You are ultimately responsible for achieving IT Horizons Limited’s goals of delivering quality projects and maintaining a consistence satisfactory experience with all support customers.
- This will entail ensuring projects are delivered to time, on cost and quality for all IT Horizons present and future customers. You will be responsible for ensuring the company chosen project methodology is abided by.
- You will give accounts on project cost, ensuring profitability.
- You are also responsible for quality delivery and gives updates when required on status of project assigned. You will also take leadership in project delivery that includes both internal and external resource.
Job Responsibilities
- Establishes and monitors adherence to Head & Service delivery as well as planning & controls standards
- Oversees the tracking, development, and implementation of innovations in Project Management, Service delivery and Quality Assurance
- Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
- Coordinates project activities of and external vendors to ensure services delivered consistently meet customers’ expectation.
- Measure progress of work against weekly target, work/project scope and deliverables.
- Ensures the delivery of services to customers within the agreed scope of work and timeline.
- Provide accurate documentation of project and services delivered to customers on the departmental online repository.
- Liaises with sub-contractors and 3rd party service providers on the strict guidelines given to them to meet customer expectations
- Develops full-scale project execution plans and related communication documents
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, cost and time committed to customer.
- Reviews and tracks progress against revenue and targets; analyze sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes
- Works closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through proper communications to ensure client expectations are met.
- Proactively works with the Finance Department to ensure all payments are collected within the agreed timelines as per the credit terms the customer has with the company
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations for the Executive leadership
- Trains, motivates, and supervises project team members and sub-contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
Requirements

- Probation Assessment – Oversee the entire probation assessment process
- Conflict Resolution and Mediation
- Collation of training needs and processing of training development plan
- Work with Heads of department to develop product training content (study guide)
- Develop and implement the performance management system
- Conduct a knowledge gap audit
- Have selected retreats for Head of Department (Management retreat)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief People & Culture Officer.

Job Summary
- To achieve cost-effective utilisation of ITH Holdings, its subsidiaries and related entities, financial resources, through the definition of financial standards, policies and procedures.
- As the Chief Financial Officer, of ITH Holdings, its subsidiaries and related entities, you will oversee the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reports of all the subsidiaries for informed decision making by the management/stakeholders, Treasury Management, Investment, Funding and Investors Engagement.
- You are expected to familiarize yourself with the current accounting software/module in use by the company and explore for improved reporting system.
- You are required to ensure that the team operates optimally in executing their obligations to the various Business Units.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages key banking relationships to facilitate proper, timely and cost-effective funding of business operations.
- Monitors all third-party payments to ensure that such payments are justified by the value of work successfully completed and are in alignment with the approved budget.
- Oversees the preparation and communication of timely, accurate, and useful financial and management reports for investors or lending institutions and ITH Holdings management on a periodic and /or ad-hoc basis.
- Raise funds as approved by the Board of Directors to finance IT Horizons’ activities.
- Implement a sound accounting framework in compliance with statutory provisions.
- Develop and implement a robust and reliable financial reporting system in compliance with statutory requirements and ensure that adequate controls are in place to facilitate a seamless payment system.
- Engages Executive Management and the appropriate Board Committee to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections.

- Ensures that adequate measures or controls are in place to facilitate a seamless payment system and to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately captured and reported.
- Approve accruals and adjustments on erroneously posted financial transactions into the financial system.
- Liaise with statutory auditors to discuss and resolve queries as they arise to ensure seamless audit exercise.
- Develop and manage relationships with relevant external bodies e.g. regulatory organizations, auditors, solicitors, banks etc.
- Manage IT Horizons’ treasury assets to achieve optimal sourcing, application and growth of funds.
- Provide technical training, guidance and advise on financial accounting issues, developments and trends to other business or departmental heads.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and provide leadership to company’s Finance Department.
- Review weekly financial reports submitted by relevant departments or units and presents timely reports to the CEO/ Board of Directors.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Requirements and Skills
- High School Degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
