Job Summary
- We are seeking to hire an Operations Lead.The Operations lead is responsible for developing strategy, implementing, and managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Also responsible for interpreting data to aid strategic decision.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of critical business workflows, developing specifications/guidelines and resolving escalations.
- Implement continued process improvement and re-engineer processes in collaboration with policy, tools, training to increase performance and standardization.
- Lead deep dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and develop recommendations for solutions.
- Contribute to strategic projects to drive internal quality and efficiency metrics and execute with cross-functional teams.
- Plan inventory and oversee plant and warehouse efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
- Perform quality controls; develop and monitor production KPIs.
- Develop, document, communicate, implement, and monitor processes based on business goals/objectives and ensure compliance.
- Conduct business performance reviews; make recommendations on improving policies, procedures and develop plans to scale business operations.
- Research and recommend channels to reduce production cost, eliminate errors and ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the HR department to ensure hiring plans meet business needs.
- Consider the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
- Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
- Collate data from various department; interpret data by generating current company picture and project future company and market strategy.

Job Description
- Head of Legal & Company Secretary who reports to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), and is responsible for:
- managing records of contracts & other legal documents deposited with the legal team for safekeeping
- providing legal advice and guidance in all matters concerning the laws and regulations governing the Group, its staff, legal structures, the conduct of its operations and transactions conducted by departments
- coordinating and providing oversight over the Group’s subsidiaries/affiliates outside Nigeria and working with external administrators and counsel, where necessary
- Preparing and reviewing contracts required for the running of the operations of the Group
- When necessary, overseeing the defense and settlement of disputes and litigation involving the Group and liaising with external lawyers as required
- Conducting legal research prior to effecting corporate changes
- Organising, preparing agendas for, and taking minutes of Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings and General Meetings
- Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries and ensuring that corporate regulatory filings are up to date
- Researching documents and case history to ensure the accuracy of legal advice and procedures
- Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law by reading journals and attending relevant programmes
- Ensuring that the Group complies with its Memorandum and Articles of Association, applicable corporate governance policies and obligations under agreements to which any Group company is a party
- Providing adequate guidance to the board on their responsibilities and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, and advising management on appropriate action
- Liaising with relevant government and regulatory authorities, where required
- Participating in disciplinary committee meetings and providing legal counsel on approach and recommendations
- Providing legal counsel to the respective departments within the Group and reviewing all presented documents that have legal implications prior to signing by any company representative
- Proposing and/or implementing innovative ideas to enhance business results in the firm
- Acting as a leader and mentor to junior employees in the firm
- Carrying out such other related tasks as may be assigned by the CEO
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Second-Class Upper Degree from a top tier University, and from Law School
- 2-5 years’ experience post NYSC
- Possible Previous Roles: Associate in a Tier 2 Law Firm or Senior Legal Officer in a reputable company

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Bayelsa
Job Summary
- We are seeking to hire an experienced Production Manager, The Production & SHE Supervisor will be primarily responsible for coordinating and supervising the sites production and processing activities.
- The Production & SHE Supervisor will also oversee the collection, processing, and disposal of any site-generated waste in line with state/federal obligations.
- The Production & SHE Supervisor will be required to work under limited supervision within a framework of standard policies and procedures and is expected to always act in a supervisory capacity.
Job Functions
- Oversee the safe operation of production equipment.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Co-ordinate activities with warehouse department
- Recommends and fabricates improvements to recycling equipment.
- Compiles data produces reports including the type and quantity of materials processed.
- Monitors production area activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervises temporary/indirect workers or other employees assigned.
- Arrange for preventive maintenance or repair work (if required)
- Train indirect workers in duties and policies.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensure orders for spare parts, equipment and supplies are raised in timely manner.
- Plan, organize and oversee stock transfer and raw/finished product handling to and from the warehouse.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2+ years’ experience in a production or SHE supervisory role
- Experience in recycling, material recovery or material handling facility is an asset
Technical Requirement:
- Solid computer skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and other ERP software
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of SHE responsibilities in the workplace
- Demonstrated experience in production environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of equipment, tools and techniques used in the operation of a recycling plant
- Ability to communicate effectively with regulatory bodies
- Someone with electrical background will be highly considered.
