Job Description
- The Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure) will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will support and maintain the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems as well as the company’s ERP system.
- The Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure) will also play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and telecommunications systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Supervise the help desk team, ensuring timely response and resolution of IT support requests.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in IT support roles (5 years +) with a strong technical background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT support teams on a national scale.
