Job Title: Accountant
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
General Ledger Management:
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Post journal entries and reconcile discrepancies in the ledger.
- Ensure all accounts are balanced and complete, and perform periodic reconciliations.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Review and approve invoices and purchase orders.
- Manage the vendor and client accounts, ensuring accurate billing and payment records.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of the company’s budget and forecasts.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenditures and provide recommendations for cost control or savings.
- Provide regular updates and financial insights to management.
Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in accordance with local and national regulations.
- Ensure the company complies with tax laws, including VAT, payroll taxes, and corporate taxes.
- Support external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
Payroll Administration:
- Assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Ensure all payroll-related deductions, such as taxes and benefits, are correctly calculated and processed.
Financial Analysis:
- Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management to help guide business decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements to optimize financial operations.
Internal Controls:
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure that financial transactions are authorized and properly documented.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records and documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure all financial records are stored securely and meet company and legal retention policies.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior leadership.
Salary
N300,000 / Month.

Job Description
Front-End Development:
- Develop dynamic and responsive web pages and user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Back-End Development:
- Build and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and application infrastructure.

Full Stack Integration:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.
Testing & Debugging:
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues across both front-end and back-end layers.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices for coding and software development standards are followed.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document application architecture, APIs, and system processes for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
Continual Learning & Improvement:

Key Responsibilities
Design Creation:

- Produce infographics, icons, and other visual assets to effectively communicate ideas.
Brand Consistency:

Collaboration:

Editing and Proofing:
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback, ensuring all deliverables meet the quality and technical specifications.
- Prepare final files for production, ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and color accuracy.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate progress to relevant stakeholders and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and expertise in various design styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Knowledge of web design standards, responsive design, and user interface (UI) design is a plus.
