Job Title: Financial Bookkeeper
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified Financial Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of experience managing company financial records.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, handling invoicing, receipts, tax filings, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector and proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing and Receipts: Manage client invoicing, track payments, and issue receipts.
- Accounting Transactions: Handle all accounting transactions.
- Budget Management: Collate and manage the company’s budget.
- Bank Records: Oversee company bank records and transactions.
- Tax Filing: Handle all tax filings, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Vendor Payments: Manage vendor payments and other payables
- Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile customer invoices and vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Account Reconciliation: Liaise with the finance consultant to perform reconciliations, ensuring financial statements are accurate and up to date.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and financial regulations while maintaining accurate financial records.
Education & Work Experience
- B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial bookkeeping.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of financial processes and tax regulations.
- Experience in tax filing, invoice reconciliation, and accounting entries.

Job Title: Production Chemist
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- The role holder will be responsible for coordinating and managing laboratory testing of samples collected from clients’ assets and preparing detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing routine sampling and analysis of hydrocarbon fluids, produced water, and gas samples for oil and gas facilities.
- Conducting laboratory chemical evaluations and field trials for clients’ production and specialty chemicals.
- Preparing and submitting bids, and executing assigned production chemistry contracts.
- Handling gas analyzers.
- Monitoring export and import gas quality, including CO2, H2S, ethyl mercaptan, copper corrosion, gas composition, and moisture content.
- Carrying out flow assurance testing on samples collected from clients’ assets.
- Managing chemical injection facilities for produced water re-injection and other chemical injection skids.
- Conducting additional sampling and analysis on installations as necessary.
- Overseeing operations of the production chemistry laboratory.
Education & Work Experience
- B.Sc / HND in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable oil & gas production chemistry experience, including laboratory operations.
- Must possess an NYSC discharge certificate.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of gas sampling and analysis.
- Proficiency in gas chromatography and gas analyzer applications, including troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and recommend process improvements for fluid sampling and analysis.
- Experience in laboratory chemical evaluation and performance testing.

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Environmental Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt.
- In this role, you will manage the Environmental Studies team, ensuring the highest quality of project deliverables and compliance monitoring for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Liaise with the Environmental Lab team to ensure all analytical results adhere to QA/QC protocols.
- Environmental Data Gathering: Coordinate data gathering, and sample collections, and ensure a smooth workflow between the laboratory and field team.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients by providing expert advisory and assessment services aimed at minimizing environmental impacts.

- Minimum Qualifications: BSc / HND in Environmental Sciences or a related science discipline field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing environmental studies and environmental laboratories, particularly within the oil and gas sector.
- Corporate Sustainability: Mid-level experience in corporate sustainability consultancy and reporting is required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulatory guidelines.
- Extensive experience in writing environmental technical reports and statistical analysis.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Proficiency in GC and GCMC applications is a plus.
- Experience working within QA and to GLP standards.
- Knowledge of air dispersion modeling tools is an advantage.
