Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly self-motivated, competitive sales executive to join our organization.
- This position will play a critical role in nurturing prospects, positioning products and establishing a positive brand impression.
- Prefer candidate with 3+ years of Sales /Account Executiveexperience.
Essential Duties and / or Responsibilities
- Proven experience in generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships.
- Ability to prospect and close new sales leads through solution-selling to customers.
- Contact current clientbase with specific products and services to meet their needs.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, CRM software, referrals, participating in networking events and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Complete online sales training to obtain Avaya solution-selling certifications.
- Emphasize product features based on analysis of customer’s needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Prepare sales presentations; demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products.
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs and to promote products and services.
- Initiate sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Continual education on new and existing products and services.
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing principles and methods for promoting, demonstrating and selling products and services- including but not limited to: prospecting, negotiating, andclosing techniques, marketing strategies and product presentations.
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles- including but not limited to: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standard for services,evaluation of customer satisfaction, building rapport, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Time management and efficiency skills.
- Judgment and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills- identify, evaluate and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Technical knowledge in the area of Telephony and Call Center solutions.
Preferred Experience and Education:

- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Provide expertise in talent management including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to drive organizational culture and high performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution of conflicts and grievances.
- Collaborate with HR and management on performance management processes, providing guidance and support in employee development.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HRBP or in a similar capacity.
- Experience in industries similar to Simba Group’s sectors will be an advantage.
Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in strategic HR roles like HRBP.
- Internationally recognized HR qualification or degree from a foreign institution.
- Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or telecommunications sectors.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Skills Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of HR systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Salary
N500,000 – N1,000,000 / month.
