Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N’ Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Title: Legal Manager

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.
  • Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Job Title: Director of Commissaries, Warehousing and Logistics

Commissaries:

  • Oversee commissary operations for Domino’s and Coldstone across Nigeria.
  • Oversee the process of development of new product portfolio and menu architecture.
  • Develop and implement cost reduction programs including identification of new materials, sources, consolidation of demand and waste minimization to achieve targeted reduction in cost of goods sold.
  • Manage quality assurance across manufacturing and retail operations ensuring maintenance of quality and food safety standards based on ISO22000/2015 , HACCP, GMS HSEQ Program certified by third Party such NSF, SGS.
  • Ensure competency building of staff across the organization through identification of training needs and delivery of training and development opportunities.

Warehouse:

  • Oversee the entire warehouse operations in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
  • Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. Keep stock control system up to date and plan future capacity requirements.
  • Implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
  • Monitor inventory level to avoid stockout.

Logistics:

  • Oversee the entire logistics of the business
  • Manage the outsourcing of the cold supply chain logistics.
  • Manage distribution of items across all stores and from warehouse.
  • Responsible of the management of ENG workshop
  • Manage the maintenance and repairs of trucks, bikes and cars in the company fleet.
  • Ensure trucks are up and running for distribution whilst reducing the usage of third-party trucks.

Oversight Functions:
The Director of Commissaries, Warehousing, and Logistics (DCWL) would oversee the following departments and functions as follows:

  • Commissaries – Dominos and Coldstone
  • Warehouse
