Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high quality customer service to customers who are value long term relationships and buy customized processes and solutions
- Be the first point of contact for all queries and will be responsible for booking, planning of Shipments as per customer SOP, resolution of customer queries, service issues as well as follow –up on outstanding
- Be responsible for preparing & sending the P.O. to the Customer and as well as the proactive and appropriate resolution of issues related to P.O. & Booking management
- Maintaining customer retention and identifying cross sell/up sell opportunities.
- Booking and Planning with vendors/ shippers.
- Query Resolution with shippers/ Customers/ Key Account Managers- ensure timely resolution and response to customers. • Follow up on the Outstanding bookings & query resolution.
- Service delivery wins.
- Work with the KAMs/ Commercial team to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage stakeholders for efficient process.
Requirements
- Male or Female
- Bachelor degree in Logistics or related field
- 3-5 years of experience and understanding of logistics field
- Good command of English
- Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to details.
- Strong negotiation skills very important
- Analytical thinking and senses of urgency.

Job Title: Export Operations Officer
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
An Export Operations Officer responsibilities include:
- Export documentation: Producing, reviewing, and distributing import and export documentation
- Customer service: Providing customer service via email, telephone, and other communication methods
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with export laws and regulations
- Inventory management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels
- Supply chain management: Optimizing supply chain operations
- Contract management: Negotiating and managing contracts with third-party logistics providers
- Performance metrics: Analyzing and reporting on operational performance metrics
- Customer service levels: Monitoring customer service levels and taking corrective action as necessary
- Cost reduction: Developing and implementing strategies to reduce cost
- Liaising with carriers and freight forwarders
- Coordinating with sales and purchasing teams
- Coordinating with finance and accounting departments
- Assisting with customs clearance procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of import and export transactions
Requirements
- Proven work experience as Operations personnel in a Shipping and Logistics Firm.
- Excellent use of MS Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Import Customs Clearing Manager
Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities / Skills / Experience
- B.Sc Degree
- Experience in import duty payment and customs clearance, understanding customs HS Code classification rules.
- Experience in import customs clearance for Free Trade Zones.
- Experience with IDEC for duty-free import clearance and FAST TRACK.
- Familiar with the requirements and channels for obtaining an IMPORT PERMIT.
- Better has 8 – 10 years of working experience.
