Halifield School – Founded in 1996, Halifield School was initially situated on Salami Street, Mende until 2003 when it relocated to its permanent premises on Oki Lane, Maryland, Lagos. In 2009, Halifield commenced a secondary school which is a preparatory ground for university entry and a grooming centre for adolescents.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement & Store Officer

Location: Lagos 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare requisitions for procurement of all school stock.
  • Issue out uniforms to parents/students, update bin cards and submit monthly inventory reports.
  • Dispense stock to the smaller stores.
  • Monitor stock requisitions and usage.
  • Monitor and ensure retrieval of all unused stock.
  • Conduct market surveys and research for school consumable items.
  • Maintain up-to-date digital records of all store activities.
  • Any other duties assigned.

Education and Work Experience

  • HND/First degree in any discipline.
  • Three – five years relevant work experience.
  • School experience is a plus.

Job Title: Guardian Counselor

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure students who seek guidance and counseling services are attended to.
  • Conduct career and educational planning activities and mentor students for career and social development.
  • Implement individual and group counseling sessions as deemed appropriate.
  • Facilitate placement of students into appropriate subject/career/vocational studies.

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review bank reconciliation statements
  • Ensure all phone and email communication is responded to within the stipulated 48-hr time frame.
  • Prepare termly subaccounts for school bus shuttle, kitchen, hostel, programs and clubs.
  • Prepare management accounts and supporting schedules every term.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a creative program suitable for preschool pupils, utilizing the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, Jolly Phonics
  • Employ a variety of teaching techniques such as storytelling, educational play, drawing, handcrafts, singing, use of technology, etc.
