- Review, track and provide Emerging Channels Business performance report for management use.
- Oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of Emerging Channels Business Processes and Procedures.Project Manage all eCommerce Deployments at all merchant locations.
- Comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: HND & BSC in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronic banking product development and support.
- Knowledge of industry and electronic payment systems.
- Consultative selling experience with good negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; people and stakeholders management skills.

- Attend enquiries and issues resolution requests from the FX allocation to customers.

Job Title: Credit Control Officer
